On Tuesday, November 15, the Hill Country Community Band played a joint concert with the Wallace MS Wind Ensemble at the Hays CISD Performing Arts Center. OK, this is very late, but I’ve had a bad month… 
More on that later.
This is from the Comal Community Band concert held on February 25 at First Protestant Church for the New Braunfels Music Study Club. This is from the second half of the concert as the first half did not record (i.e., we are missing Wicked and the Sound of Music). I also did not post the songs from the Hill Country Chorus as I’m not a member of their group and I don’t know if they want their music posted.

On Saturday, February 5, 2011, the Hill Country Community Band played in Dripping Springs for the “A Grand Evening on Broadway” at DS High School. This was a fundraising concert with multiple groups from Dripping Springs, the Hill Country Community Band, and the Starlight Orchestra. DS High School is attempting to fund the purchase of a Grand Piano.
Our performance was one song – Symphonic Dances from Fiddler on the Roof. This was taken mid-stage with the good recorder (note the difference in recording quality).

On December 17, 2010, the Hill Country Community Band performed it’s Christmas concert at First Baptist Church in Wimberley. The following files represent the music performed. I used my older recorder that doesn’t capture the full audio fidelity, but I need to find my original recorder before the next round of concerts in February for both the Comal Community Band as well as the Hill Country Community Band.

The Comal Community Band performed it’s “Thank You” concert for First United Methodist Church in New Braunfels for the use of Wesley Hall as it’s summer practice facility.
Like my last set of recordings from the Hill Country Community Band, this is recorded from the crowd perspective. I’m sorry for the lack of volume on the first few songs as the venue was a bit loud at times.
